Shipping & Returns Policy

At THCaHempire.com, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping across the United States. Please read our full Shipping & Returns Policy below before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is dropped off at the shipping facility and scanned in by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), THCa Hempire is no longer responsible for the delivery of the package.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost during shipping (i.e., shows no delivery status and cannot be located by the carrier), we will:

Investigate and confirm the package is missing.

Reship the original order with the exact items that were initially purchased.

Please note:

One-time reshipment is provided per order for confirmed lost packages.

After reshipment, if the second package also goes missing, THCa Hempire holds no further responsibility.

It becomes the customer’s responsibility to recover the missing package by filing a claim directly with the carrier using their online claim process.

Returns & Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
